    If we experience a high volume of orders or supply delays, shipping times may be extended slightly. We’ll notify you via email if there’s a significant delay.

    Customs, Duties, and Taxes
    Ascend: Physique of a God is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply to your order.
    All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.


    4. Order Tracking

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
    Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

    5. Shipping Address

    Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
    We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
    If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.


    6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

    We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the carrier has marked them as “Delivered.”
    If your package is lost or delayed in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first with your tracking number.
    We will do our best to assist in resolving the issue but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement unless covered by the carrier’s policy.


    7. Pre-Orders or Made-to-Order Items

    For pre-orders or custom-made items, please note that additional processing time may apply.
    Estimated delivery dates will be indicated on the product page or confirmed via email.


    8. Split Shipments

    If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately for faster delivery.
    You’ll receive tracking updates for each shipment.


    9. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

    If your item is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, we can re-ship it once you cover the reshipping fee.
    If you prefer a refund, standard return conditions from our Return & Refund Policy will apply (excluding shipping costs).
